Position Available:

Part Time Physiotherapist (2-3 days per week)

What we’re looking for…

Preferably 2-3 years experience, however new graduates are welcome to apply.

Must have a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Interests or experience in other fields are welcome.

Must be highly skilled in all facets of private practice, including: manual therapy, exercise prescription, advice and education, taping/splinting/bracing, dry needling, and time management.

What you’ll need…

All the usual bits and pieces: AHPRA registration, Police Check, WWCC, Professional Indemnity Insurance, First Aid & CPR, and Medicare & WorkCover provider numbers. Sports Trainer Level 1 or 2 is required for weekend sports coverage (optional).

Excellent verbal and written communication, manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.

Passion, empathy and a strong work ethic.

Confidence to liaise with Doctors, allied health providers, support workers, support coordinators, case managers, and other personnel to coordinate the most effective care for your patients.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

A great sense of humour – we always want to have fun!!

Mitchell 'Mitch' Lenkic
Principal Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist

Mitch is a qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people recover from injury, improve performance, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

With experience treating sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation, Mitch combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programs to deliver lasting results. His dual qualifications allow him to provide a comprehensive approach to injury management, rehabilitation, and long-term health.

Mitch is also an experienced level 2 sports trainer. For the past 12 years, Mitch has provided pre-season fitness training, fitness testing, strapping, and on field injury management for rugby league and rugby union players.

Outside work, Mitch follows the NRL (he’s a die hard Roosters supporter), enjoys gardening and keeps fit by working out at the gym or going for a run along the beaches.

Jessica
Allied Health Assistant & Practice Manager

Jessica is a qualified Allied Health Assitant with over 15 years experience working in physiotherapy and exercise physiology clinics.

Jessica works closely with the practitioners, supporting the delivery of personalised care through coordinating appointments, managing practice adminsitration, preparing equipment and treatment areas, and supervising group exercise classes.

Jessica was born and raised in Taree, so she knows the town and clientele extremely well. She is a mum of two children, plays basketball to keep fit, and has a keen interest in all things science. We are very lucky to have Jessica on board!
